What is the term of the contract? and Can I cancel my EVme Subs before end of contract?
Our rental service has a contract period of 24 months. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but there will be cancellation fee. Please contact our Customer Support for details at 02-028-2688 or by email at support@evme.io
Can I choose additional options such as car wrap, window tinting, or protective film?
Vehicle customization is permitted within specified limits, such as changing wheels or tires. However, any modified parts are not covered under warranty. If modifications are made, we kindly request that the vehicle be returned in its original condition, as received.
Can I choose the color of the EV?
You may inform our staff of your preferred color. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the selected color, as it depends on the vehicles available at the time.
